Rustenburg magaliesview I'd like to complain about a lady who was working at the till on the 8th of July between 18:00 and 19:55

We placed an order of a half meaty, half chicken triple decker pizza just right after collecting our order the lady who was assisting us at the till requested our slip as we left knowing very well the mistake she did... When we got home we realized that she made a mistake and gave us a triple decker sweet chillie chicken only... So we decided to go back and respectfully spoke to her together with her manager, they agreed to give us what we ordered, But as we were waiting for the correct order on the outside benches she was talking to her colleagues saying "difefe tsele dire di batla half meaty and half chicken pizza" meaning those "[censored]es are asking for a half meaty and half chicken pizza" referring to us, we went back inside to confront her regarding what she just said and even complained to the manager which turned out to be a conflict. Is that how Debonairs Pizza employees treat customers? We need imidiate action to be taken against that specific lady for such humiliation and disrespect before we expose Debonairs Pizza and take this issue further. Thank you.
