Builders Warehouse

I have been a customer in Builders for years as I trust thier service and products. I have been in almost all the Builders Stores as I am a contractor and I do work in around Johannesburg and Pretoria.

The past two months I've been doing a project in Attergville on R104 Road and the nearest shop is the Builders Superstore.

The service there is so bad in a way that the stuff doesn't even bother on us customers complaining.

Just this morning I bought 15 bags of PPC cement and had to wait for 40 minutes to get my cement. There is no stock on shelves and in most days only one till operates. I've told almost the stuff about their service and no one acts on them.

I can't drive 18 kilometers to another shop while there is a shop 2 kilometers away from my site.

I trust this complain doesn't fall on death ears too and I demand action tothe shop employees even management
