Ackermans - Unethical behaviour

Date of incident - 08/02/2021
I went into the Ackerman's clothing store in Claremont cape town, upon arriving I went to the point of sale and advised the till operator that I would like to lay-by a phone, she then advised me that it would be a waiting time of 5-10 minutes. I then agreed to wait as I was on my lunch break given I only had 30 minutes, the supervisor / manager then advised the customer waiting on the phone as to wait as she would first assist the fidelity guys (who I assumed came to drop/pick up cash), without knowing i'm the customer I asked her politely as to how that would take she then advised another couple of minutes, bare in mind that I have been already waiting 5-10 minutes before fidelity guys arrived, I was not happy in the tone she spoke or the service given.

Desired outcome: For the store to provide efficient service and treat their customers fairly . i work in customer service to and would not treat my customers the way I was treated
