So, I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about my experience with Z8Games. I mean, don't get me wrong, the games themselves are pretty fun, but the support team is just not up to snuff. Like, seriously, they don't even talk to you like a real person! It's like they're just robots or something.

Here's how it goes down: you send in a support ticket, and then they answer you. But that's it! They don't keep the conversation going or anything. They just close the case right then and there. And if they do bother to respond to your question, it's usually just some generic copy-paste text that doesn't even really address your issue.

Honestly, it's just super frustrating. I feel like I'm not being heard or taken seriously. And it's not like I'm asking for anything crazy! I just want some help with my account or whatever. Is that too much to ask?

Anyway, I really hope Z8Games can step up their support game. Because as it stands, I'm not sure I'll be sticking around for much longer.

I gotta say, Z8Games is a real mixed bag. On one hand, the game itself is pretty fun - I mean, who doesn't love running around shooting stuff? But on the other hand, there's a real problem with hackers. And I don't mean just a few here and there - I'm talking about a serious infestation.

It's like they don't even try to stop them. I mean, I've seen people running around at lightning speed, shooting through walls, and doing all sorts of crazy stuff that just shouldn't be possible. And it's not just a few bad apples - it seems like every other player is a hacker.

And what's worse is that it seems like Z8Games is actually encouraging this behavior. I mean, why else would they make it so easy for hackers to get in and wreak havoc? It's like they're trying to force players to spend more money on Z8 points just to keep up with the hackers.

And let me tell you, my two sons have definitely fallen victim to this. They've spent over $1,200 each on this game, and they still can't seem to get ahead. It's like no matter how much money they spend, there's always someone out there with better weapons and more armor.

And to make matters even worse, my son's account was recently hacked into. Some of the guns he had purchased were sold off for a total of $800. Can you believe that? It's like Z8Games doesn't even care about their players.

Overall, I'd say that Z8Games is a decent game, but the hacking problem really brings it down. If they could just get a handle on that, it would be a lot more enjoyable. But until then, I'd say it's not really worth the money.

Been playing CF for like 10 years now, and I gotta say, it's the best low-end FPS game out there. The graphics are upgraded and it's just a great game overall. The Chinese version is way better than CF West though, they copy the updates from the Chinese version so they're always late. If you wanna know what new weapons are coming, just read the news on the Chinese version. But still, CF is the best FPS game I've ever played.

The only downside is the customer support, it's trash. They don't care about us customers at all, they just sit there and get paid to play games. I've sent loads of tickets to help with my gaming experience or report hacks or just technical issues, and every time I just get automated messages. It's like they don't care at all. They might as well pay me to do their job, I've helped more customers with technical issues than they ever did.

But overall, it's a great game and I recommend it. Just don't expect any help from support. Keep all your info to yourself and don't share it with anyone. Make sure you have a copy of your game info, creating date, and first payment to the game. It'll help you in the long run. I messed up my first account because I didn't have that info.

This review is for CrossFire West, and let me tell you, it's not a good one. If I could give it a 0 rating, I would. Z8Games is just like Aeria Games, they only care about making a profit. The game is infested with hackers, even in ranked matches. High ranked players are using cheats and they don't get banned. The player base is mostly from Egypt and about 90% of the players are wallers. Cursing and bad words are normal there, and all you see is Turks cursing Muslims and Egyptians cursing your mother and family in their language. Not all of them get banned, but rarely do you see one get banned for that. They will ban you for no reason too. If someone in Discord with privileges to the live report Discord channel reports you, you will just get the ban hammer without checking whether you are cheating or not. GMs will not check the tickets either or bother checking the accounts suspensions tickets. They have pre-written replies to all the tickets and they just send them always without bothering to check.

I have been banned three years ago for an xtcrap client error and they had an emergency update after it. They stated that they were aware of the issue and they would work on it. Until this moment, they are saying I was cheating while all I did was just open my account, get disconnected from the server, and relog to find myself banned. They will ban you too for a chargeback that you didn't even make and ask you to pay back like x5 of the chargeback they want. They allow farming, however, if they catch you farming, you will get banned and say you were using a BOT. They do not even allow recorded old videos of you playing some rooms. You can't prove them wrong in any way. Lately, even some scrim YouTubers and even a CFS Egyptian player got banned. They don't do anything about the real hackers as many hackers are still playing and even they are reported like 2 months ago. They do not even bother checking as the NA server will die the same way as the EU server.

Until now, with all the money they got, they can't afford some decent servers. There's lag each weekend and at some random times, the game is unplayable due to the high ping and annoying hackers in the room and more $#*!. A VIP weapon costs like $100. I mean, it's not CSGO with a large player base or a widely famous game. Simply put, they are stealing money from idiots. And many idiots will say the opposite of what I said, just crying and protecting the game. That ain't working. Stop sucking their $#*! and get real, kids. This company is totally trash and not worth a $.

One thing I'd say: AVOID Z8GAMES, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
