July 25, 2022 - charged a 2 year subscription with out notifying me and after a complete revision of the product to where I was not able to use for over a year.
I would like to see where I signed up for autopay. I don't believe I would have after I notified your business that I was totally unable to make the new version of your download of your program work. I wrote and I called. I think I have been penalized substantially and am requesting a full refund.
