As a light user, I mostly receive official mail, bills, and annual notices, but I also have a few magazines that I like to keep in good condition. YBA has been doing a great job of keeping my mail safe and organized, and I also have access to their digital scan service, which allows me to see my mail right away and decide whether I need it forwarded or scanned.

One thing I've noticed, however, is that YBA doesn't always answer their phones during business hours. When I do get through, I'm often transferred to someone else's voicemail, and it can take a while to get a response. Although they are friendly when I finally do get them on the phone, I wish they were more responsive to urgent requests.

Another issue I've had with YBA is their billing statements. I find them confusing and not itemized, which makes it difficult for me to understand what I'm being charged for. Finally, while YBA does offer vehicle registration services, I wasn't able to get helpful service to get my vehicle licensed in South Dakota. I ended up registering my vehicle out of state, which was not what I wanted to do. YBA works with some insurance companies to facilitate registration, but they could not help me, and the insurance company YBA works with is the one that told me to just license my vehicle out of state. Trying to register my vehicle through YBA and affiliates a week later still wasn't getting it done. If you need quick vehicle registration, this place may not work for you if you have other than an already registered RV.

Overall, YBA has been a decent mail forwarding service for me, but there are definitely areas for improvement. I appreciate their digital scan service and the fact that my mail has never been lost or damaged, but their lack of responsiveness, confusing billing statements, slow processing speed, and limited vehicle registration services make me hesitant to recommend them to others.
