We've purchase a month ago 10 Promotion Services from Yon world and only on 2 they could deliver. the other 8 is incomplete. We e-mailed them and ask them whats the problem and they told us that they will fix it.
Ever since they ignore my e-mails. Its over a month now and we feel that they not fair, so we would like a refund on the promotions they didn't deliver. We would understand if there is at-lease communication but none of that.
