As a customer, I recently placed an order on Yogaste (yogaste.co) on July 26th, and to my utter disappointment, I am yet to receive my products. It’s now August 13th, and I am still waiting. As a customer, I understand that delays could occur due to certain factors, but this extensive of a wait period is not acceptable.

To add to my frustration, I was sent a shipping notification on August 11th, but the tracking link provided was unresponsive. This left me with no clarity on my order status, which is an important aspect of online shopping.

Throughout the time that I have been waiting for my order, I have received numerous marketing emails from Yogaste, which seem premature given that I still haven't received my initial order. It feels like a pushy sales pitch, lacking the empathy and understanding of the customer's predicament.
