YMT Vacations / Your Man Tours - reimbursement not receiving for cancelled tour. chilkoot lake and wildlife viewing

Was notified due to not enough interest our prepaid trip in Haines was cancelled
We were advised by Service desk, on Holland America Westerdam that YMT is supposed to refund us as they collected the money
The front page of the brochure states that. MONEY BACK GARANTEE
I called numerous times was advised

1 they, YMT, had to look into it
2 and Holland America did not issue refund till the end of month (August?)
3 The agent was not allowed to agree on refund above $200.00 without approval of Management. Our cost was $298.00

Most likely by the end of last week we should get refund!
I am very disappointed after a great trip that this ends now on VERY sour note
