I'm posting this letter here because I've reached out to their store multiple times about their stock/cashier, Devonte (he's the overweight, an African-American, around 5'9 who wears glasses and has an extremely low voice. He usually works during the evenings). Devonte has been sexually harassing me at the Yes! Organics Brookland location for several months. On October 17th 2021, he attempted to follow me home after I bought my groceries. I've reported this incident along with all the other instances of his harassment, with exact dates to their management several times.

Yesterday evening on December 27th, he touched me inappropriately while I was shopping, while being handicapped with limited mobility.

Yet, their employee Devonte, is still emboldened to carry on with his behaviour by deliberately targeting me when I'm alone and finding "creative" ways to approach me.

This is what happened yesterday night, December 27th 2021 at 21:48, AFTER I reported his behaviour to his boss, for several other incidents of harassment: I was standing in the checkout aisle browsing candy. I am temporarily handicapped the left side of my body. The two cashiers were faced towards each other in conversation. I continued shopping and suddenly out of the corner of my left side the stocker, Devonte, was standing, directly next to my left side where my mobility is limited, less than 12 inches apart. I have headphones on and I hear, over my earphones yell "Excuse me!". I did not face him and continued to face straightforward to continue my shopping. Devonte began laughing at me and paused again briefly. As he moved past me his hand rubbed against my back and backside. Devonte's behaviour is clearly retaliatory.

I made the decision to go public about this because of the store's lack of response. There's been absolutely no change in this guy's behaviour. He's still working there.

Something is clearly mentally wrong with this employee and he's dangerous. It's very disturbing that this guy can't understand "no" or "stop". And that Yes! Organics Brookland has not addressed it.

Desired outcome: I called the store and sent multiple letters via certified mail and email. The store has repeatedly ignored me, never reached out. This person needs to be disciplined.
