Yardworks Paw Protect review: I'm very upset with your product 1

It ate holes in my brand new concrete. You claim it's safe for concrete and we used it exactly how it's instructed and this is the mess we got. We payed several thousand dollars for this walkway and try our best to take care of things. So after a bad ice storm last week we purchased a large container of your product. Paid too much I might add. But if it worked it would be worth it.. It immediately ate right through the concrete as you can see in the photo.. What are you going to do for me?
