Yardmax review: Push lawn mower from yardmax

I ordered a push lawn mower from yardmax... It arrived in the box to be assembled and it had no lower handle rods (2)... I contacted yardmax via phonbe and e-mail... Over two weeks has passed and my lower handles have not arrived... I contacted yardmax today and was told snow in Illinois delayed my delivery... I was told my handles would arrive within 3 days... No, two weeks later no handles... I have had to pay $100 to have my yard mowed twice to avoid law enforcement codes in my city that I should not have had to pay!
