Xtreme Garage Doors review: Just return my calls and send a technician

I contacted Xtreme garage doors to service my garage doors because they started to open close very slowly. They informed me that they have many vehicles and service personnel in the Centurion area and quoted me R450 for call out and service. After they arrived, they wanted suggested to replace all the wheels on each door at a cost of R1200 per door. After I refused this suggestion, they determined that the batteries indicated "low battery' which might be as a result of all the load shedding. I then indicated that I will buy new batteries at a retailer since they charge double for a battery. After adjusting a few spring coils in 15min they charge R450 x 2, since there are 2 garage doors. After replacing the batteries, the one motor still indicates a problem. I tried to contact them numerous times to revisit (even at an additional call out fee) to help solve the problem. They have promised on numerous occasions that a technician will phone me. They just never return phone calls in the last 2 months. Extremely bad service.
