Best international moving experience Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Relocating from Hawaii USA to Durban South Africa turned into an absolute disaster with the initial moving company. Once they collected my shipment they started changing prices and their customer service was terrible. From the moment I contacted Ralph and his team at Xsbaggage, they changed it from a difficult situation and literally saved the day. Ralph came to my rescue. I was flying during covid and I had already left Hawaii and heading to South Africa. I would highly recommend Xsbaggage for your next international move. Their attention to detail, customer service (despite the time difference), from their office staff to the sales team to the excellent movers was impeccable. Everyone was courteous, patient and made my relocation experience easy. My container shipment was sealed at pickup and unsealed at my home. Everything was intact with no damages to my possessions or to the boxes including my fragile items. I was happily surprised.

I felt valued as a customer and the service I received from the first contact right up to pick up and delivery was exceptional. Moving can be a very unnerving and stressful experience as it involves the transport of your most personal possessions across three ocean’s and two continents.It involves working with companies and individuals that you have never met but the expertise and ease that I experienced with the team at Xsbaggage I would highly recommend this company for your international move. Dobb982 is partially correct with the review. XSBaggage does route all shipments through other companies like UPS or other consolidators. I had my boxes shipped from New Zealand to the US with no issues.

XS Baggage did a pretty good job for us brokering the shipping of luggage from Spain to California. The cost was expensive, but not outrageous. We also purchased insurance. However, we ran into problems when we discovered that two expensive items were stolen from our luggage. We immediately filed a claim on that insurance. They have strung us along for almost a year now (one year in July 2016) with no resolution. Because of this poor service, I would recommend against using XS Baggage.

This company is a complete scam! They completely messed up my order, doubled the quoted amount by alleging that my parcel weighed twice as much as it did! THEN they did everything possible to get my credit card details and charged me ridiculous 'bank fees' for direct deposits. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

We could not disagree more! My wife and I were very unhappy with the company we had chosen to ship our household goods from Los Angeles to Bangkok. They were very unprofessional and we did not trust them with our personal possessions. We found XS Baggage online and were extremely happy with the professional attention we received from Amanda so we picked up the goods from the original company and moved over to XS Baggage. Yes they are a middle-man, but who cares. The price was very competitive and our goods are safe and secure and professionally packed. We could not be happier!
