I will corroborate what many reviews are saying here, however, it's not a true depiction of my experience either. The entire process isn't seamless. The installation is tacky but the guides and tutorials are painstakingly good. The service itself is basic with many features no longer supported. However, I am assuming that most of these reviews have either come out of people buying the iOS product or from those who didn't read all of the terms of use prior to giving out their money. All in all, It's a fine service that I would give my money again, happily, because it serves an important purpose in my life.

Ok, so my ex was cheating on me but not very openly. He wasn't always tapping and texting on his phone. So I never found out anything. But I began to notice that his phone battery was down almost all the time so I figured he was spending a lot of time on his phone only when I wasn't with him. So, I searched for something I could install to find out what's going on. Xnspy was a huge help. An eye-opener rather. All the features are pretty cool but it's the call recording feature I loved the most. It really works! The app automatically records the calls in the monitored phone and then I could listen to them later on. Thank you, Xnspy!

My child (15) was in trouble at school and regularly complained about other students bullying her. I needed to see it for myself. What started as an (admittedly) self-investigative tool to see what texts my child was getting, quickly turned into a daily monitoring device even though most of the problems have long been resolved.

Okay, not to sound dramatic or anything. And no, it doesn't have to do with a cheating partner either. I am a mother of a teenage girl who has always been bubbly and popular, but over the past few months I noticed a few changes in her and she just wouldn't let me help her. She wouldn't share anything. I would surely recommend all parents to have this app on their phone's kids. They won't always tell you the emotional battles they fight while growing up.

So something came up recently, and I couldn't resist but use spyware to figure it out. But I went online to make my purchase. I had a deja vu. It was like that time when I bought a spy cam from a shady website. After that, all I could think of was how they could have stolen my credit card details. It's basically tricky. You are hitting that gray area of unsolicited surveillance, and the businesses selling you such products know that. There's no knowing who'll turn back on you. The good thing is that Xnspy's website was the exact opposite of shady. Still, I had my doubts because while the spy cam was delivered, it was in no way a 48 megapixel as advertised. In fact, it looked more like a 2-megapixel spy cam. I had same some similarly horrid expectations in terms of quality from Xnspy. However, it all turned out pleasant. The website itself was using encrypted, and the checkout was secure. There was customer support available, too, answering all my queries. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Aside from having to root the device to really get what a large portion of users might want... i am going to skip that as its a function\feature of the OS that prevents these tasks (A good thing until you want the data).
I checked, doubled checked and triple checked requirements... as of 5/1/2018, YOU WILL NOT SEE ANYWHERE that if any A\V or Anti-Malware is installed, you will loose most functionality. And before those in the know scream "well duh!", keep in mind this is NO WHERE on the site. I asked the chat window that comes up if Mcafee would stop any features... "no, our software is not detected by Mcafee and will not be any problem". The software is spendy... and the have given themselves so many outs in terms of returning your money so when they want to act as if they are being sooo transparent BUT, read the fine print... fine, I did that and you still wont refund my investment. Why? Oh, because "you have to wait up to 48hrs sometimes to get all the expected data". At that point, you have about 12-24hrs depending on whos watch you go by.

Key logging has stopped. When it was working, indicated Facebook messenger. What apps should it work in?

Have tried IE and Chrome as well as the app. App has crashed 4-5 times in 24hrs

Dates of the few txt messages it did pick up were off by a day.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Wish I had something to reccomend but after 20days. XNSPY IS A BUST.

Before purchasing I was on with their onlite chat and was told my iPhone would work with their service as long as 2 Factor Authentication (2fa) was not enabled... it was not. I was also told I had 10 days to try it out and if I didn't like, I'd get a refund. I purchased the product and set it up based off their instructions. I wasn't able to see any text messages 3 days after setting up so I contacted them through online chat again and they told me they had to refresh my account and that would take 3-4 days. After 3 days I still couldn't see text messages so I opened a support case. I was told I had to enable 2fa in order for this to work. I was confused because the chat person told me their product didn't work with 2fa. I called Apple support and they told me that enabling 2fa blocked messages from being backed up to iCloud and only enabled message mirroring. I let XNSpy know and the next person told me I had to have 2fa turned off in order for it to work and that's why I wasn't seeing messages. So I had 1 person tell me it had to be off, then one tell me to turn it on, then a 3rd tell me it had to be off. The 3rd said they verified i had it enabled and that's what I wasn't seeing messages. It was turned off so not sure what they verified. This went round and round for over a week with them sending me links to their website saying jailbroken and + phones might not work as I thought. I don't know what jailbroken or + phones are and let them know, then was told to enable 2fa to get this working. That's when I gave up and asked for a refund... only to be told I was only eligible for 30%... not an entire refund like the chat person told me. Turns out you have 10 days to cancel and if you're trying to work with support to get their product to work and go past that 10 days, oh well.
I would NOT purchase this product or any from this company after dealing with them on this.

XNSPY has terrible business practices. I wouldn't do business with them, despite their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The product works great -- for a day -- then you find the problems that make it unusable.

First, their refund policy allows for no refund after 10 days. Second, the iCloud based solution that they are selling doesn't work. When XNSPY tries to access an iCloud backup, the first time works. Then, Apple locks the iCloud account for suspicious activity (caused by XNSPY). To unlock the iCloud account one must change its password at Apple.

The problem is that then the device being monitored needs to have its iCloud password updated also, requiring physical access to the phone, and causing the phone (or any other apple device) to be unable to use its iCloud account until the password is updated -- including generating the very iCloud backup that XNSPY uses. Stealthy it ain't.

Further, the web interface to the XNSPY product doesn't let you change the password for the iCloud account -- until XNSPY has a failed login. Let's think about that for a sec. Apple locked the account for suspicious activity, and XNSPY won't let you fix your credentials until it generates MORE suspicious activity (by trying to access the iCloud backup with the old password).

XNSPY has confirmed to me that they know about this problem. Yet, they still sell the product, and will not honor their "100% guaranteed customer satisfaction" by providing a refund. Instead, they hide behind their "policies" of only providing partial refunds, despite knowingly selling a product that doesn't do what it promises to do.

Oh they say that they are "working on the problem", but frankly, I don't believe them, And I have only 10-days from purchase to ask for a refund.

Oh, and they are offshore. Their billing information shows them as SERFOLET LTD from Cyprus.

Be forewarned, and take your business elsewhere.
