*AVOID THIS COMPANY*
I ordered special pillows on 29/06/23, money was taken from my account on 30/06/23 but I have still not received them, I emailed and was given a Royal Mail tracking number, it was a legitimate number but for someone else at the opposite end of the UK.
I emailed them again and was told my order was delivered to the wrong address but a replacement was sent. Despite multiple emails the reply on 9th December 2023 I was told to ‘wait patiently’
I have requested a refund several times which has not even been acknowledged.
As of 23/12/23 still no delivery, no tracking number, no refund and was again told to be patient as another order was sent but they wouldn’t provide a tracking number. In total 21 emails back and forth and it’s been exactly six months.
Claimed loss: £39.66
