Xanthus Business Advisors review: Randy Graham - Scammer - Fraud - Pervert 3

My husband and I run a small business here in Utah and were contacted by Randy Graham and his company Xanthus Business Advisors. During our meeting Randy represented that he was a tax expert, business advisor, accountant, insurance provider, estate planner, marketing genius, potential CFO if we needed one. As my husband asked him a number of questions we found Randy to be very evasive and several times down right fraudulent in his suggestions on how we run our business. It was very alarming to us that Randy was in fact an advisor to other business owners in the area, yet his advice what and strategies were questionable. As we left the meeting my husband and I knew that Randy was not our guy to entrust our $ 3 million business.
I thought nothing of it again, until just a few months ago Randy started stalking my social media accounts. Making friend requests, sending me winks, and frequent visits in one week, thats when I started to feel like this guys was also a closet pervert. I'm an attractive woman, however I dress modestly as to not draw to much attention. It appears based on my experience that Randy Graham is clearly a fraudulent, perverted man on the loose.
I would caution any one who is thinking about hiring him, that they should dig deep into his past. Pull a background check, check his credentials, as he does not appear to be credible or of good report.

I am a mother of a young woman who has played against Mr. Graham's team. With the soccer upcoming soccer season I heard about some reports so I called some other parents because another team mom mentioned that it was unfair for a coach in the league to be attacked. Others were going to post a response but didn't dare because they were worried that'd they'd be attacked the same way. checked with the UYSA to see about Randy's "credentials" and found that he is still listed as a licensed coach. http://www.utahyouthsoccer.net/coaches_admin/coach_g.aspx. As of toady, Randy is still listed as a licensed coach. I've never heard anything negative about Mr. Graham nor did anyone else I spoke to. I was able to locate Mr. Graham's number and spoke to his wife. She asked me to post what I had found here. I am angry that some parents have retaliated against a coach just because he was a coach.

In a recent meeting with Randy about my own taxes as April 15th rolls around, Randy mentioned to me the false report and asked me to look at it for my comments. i have used Xanthus Business Advisors several times to prepare taxes and to wind up the affairs for a non-profit organization in which my family was involved to raise money for the families of cancer victims. I have known Randy Graham for several years and know him to be scrupulously honest, professional and competent. The false report is so out of character with Randy that the complaint is obviously false, vindictive and plainly dishonest. Randy confirmed that he has filed a lawsuit against the persons who he believes posted the false review .Randy believes that the mother of one of the girl's he coached was angry at Randy because he didn't play the woman's daughter for the entire game in a tournament. ( I've been a little league coach and I know how parents can be sometimes. It's part of coaching.) ALL the girls get a chance to play and that's what Randy did. Randy mentioned that the timing of the complaint was suspiciously coincidental with a tournament in spring 2015. Also, note how the poster claims that she is "an attractive women" but her husband evidently never said anything about any meetings, never stood up for his wife nor did he write the false report - because the claimed interaction never happened. To beguile you, the poster claims she is attractive but dresses modestly but then jumps to the conclusion that Randy is a "fraudulent, perverted man on the loose.". If anything had actually happened, anyone with integrity would have confronted a "pervert".especially as the coach of a girls' soccer team. Randy told me that no complaint has ever been made to Randy, other coaches, other parents or to the Utah Youth Soccer Association. Randy was so upset when he spoke with me that I even called the Utah Youth Soccer Association to see if any complaint had ever been made against Randy, not were. If Randy is such a pervert, which he is not, why didn't she report anything to the police? She claims to have a "small business" worth $3, 000, 000. Right? She has a $3, 000, 000 business but NEVER used an accountant before, To me, that is not a small business.Xanthus and Randy being her first claimed meeting with an accountant or business advisor. I seriously doubt and simply do not believe that anyone could build a $3, 000, 000 business and never met with an accountant or business advisor before. That sounds pretty shady and unbelievable to me. If you read the ?complaint carefully and in good faith, it all sounds concocted and false to get back at Randy as her daughter's coach. She also claims that Randy was an advisor to other businesses in the area but no business was ever contacted, no other complaint has ever been made nor did the person have enough integrity and honesty to post her name. All of the "claims" smack of a smear campaign by someone who hides in the shadows to defame Randy because her daughter didn't play all 4 quarters of a soccer game. In the age of social media and anonymous posts such as this one, consider how easy it is to smear someone without the fear of ever getting caught. Complaintboards.com also hides behind the anonymity to make money without any good faith screening. Finally, she says "dig deep into his past, pull a background check, check his credentials, as he does not appear to be credible or of good report." Notice again that the liar does not give any other information about her own "digging" into Randy's past, doesn't say anything about a background check nor does she make any comment about Randy's credentials because there is nothing anywhere that is questionable about Xanthus or Randy except this one false poste.

If you've read this far, consider how unfair the post is and how easy it is for someone that took offense during a soccer game to smear Randy. I spoke to Randy about the post and he explained that the photo on the left above is his ID badge he used as a coach which raises the last point. How did someone get Randy's soccer idea except someone else who had information about coaches in the soccer league. Only someone within the league would have access to Rnady's soccer coach picture . Because Randy has been a soccer coach with the UYSA coaching his own teenage daughter and other young girls. If the poster was so concerned about Randy being a pervert, the poster NEVER made any report to the Utah Youth Soccer Association because she'd have to reveal her name and her daughter's team to do that.

The poster gives no other credible detail information or substance to her false report. It is obvious to me that an angry mother posted the false comment about Randy out of spite. The timing of the post, Randy's picture from his coach ID and the tenor or the complaint all show to me that it is all false.

Anyone who is honest and acts in good faith would not give a second thought to the falsity and unfairness of such a post. Consider your own personal and professional reputation and how easy it is for someone to make such a post before you believe that a coach of teenage girls has anything actually amiss that would be consistent with the poster's false claims.

I trust Xanthus and Randy and will return to him for my own tax and accounting needs and will continue to refer friends, colleagues and family to Randy as a business advisor, accountant and long-time friend.

Blake Carter.

This complaint is completely false. No sentence or portion is accurate. Xanthus Business Advisors is currently seeking legal action against the person who wrote this post for defamation and slander of character. This is nothing but a malicious attempt to ruin my reputation and livelihood with no bases or fact. Through litigation this will be revealed. I appreciate the support clients, friends and family have given me who know this is a complete lie.
