X-Cover.com review: Travel Insurance

I booked a ticket to Hawaii back in March and also purchased insurance in the event I may have to cancel. I submitted a claim with all of the documents requested from this company only to get reply emails that I need to send more info. It was all of the info I had already sent. Now I am not hearing back from them which tells me that I probably will not get my refund. This company is a complete scam and Booking.com should be ashamed for using them. I will never use either company again and will let all of my traveling friends know of my horrible experience.
