When I arrived, it was suggested to me that I might want to try one of the other hotels in the area. But because I had booked through Expedia, I would have to contact them. My event started the next morning!

The photos attached show the elevator out of service signs on the 4th floor and the lobby, and all the luggage I had to carry up and down 4 flights of stairs. The hard case golf bag and the large suitcase, weigh 50 pounds each.. Also shown are the stairs. 2 levels per floor. Also, the stairs were at the far end of the first floor.

The golf case contains my golf bag. For security reasons, I did not want to leave my clubs in the rental car overnight. I was there for the National Senior Games. I played 2 practice rounds and 3 days of competition, so that's 5 times up and down those stairs, in addition to hauling the case/clubs up and down, for arrival and departure!

In addition, I had to make several trips down to access the ice machine, which is located on the 1st floor!

I am 71 yrs old and no help was provide.

Desired outcome: At least half of fees paid.
