I checked my checking account and noticed that $54.95 was debited from my account. I called my bank they give me the #[protected]. When you call you will get a recorded telling you to email www.contacteverprivate.com. When you email you can't notify anyone. This is ridiculous why companies want to scam. I guess i just lost 54.95.

Same thing happen to me now i can't pay my car note due to this 59.95 plus the 33.00 fee. My bank charge me for it not being in my account and another fee for paying it. That is 33.00 so now they messed up. I should have left after bills would come out but car note will not get paid. I never heard of this company before. Any advice would be very appreciated. Thanks!

This is outrageous! How can a company get away with this type of fraud. This is under total investigation and i want my money back. People that take money from innocent people should rot behind bars. This caused other checks to bounce and and then it snowballed from there. Hopefully justice will be served and all the people they ripped off can prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. I had $49.95 taken from my account and if this is not a major felony conviction, it will be before i am through with this company!

$54.95 was taken out twice as checks. I did not authorize this to be done and want a refund of $109.90. I have placed this request through their website and still have gotten no response. It has been 2 weeks. I will notify my bank next.

Hi, i was a victim of the same thing from everprivate and i called my bank immediately and they resolved the problem while i was on the phone. I was very upset about this because this is not the first time i have been charged without my permission. So i advise all who have had this happen, please, please take action because they need to be stopped or maybe even put out of business-4 good.

I just received a charge from these people. And I did NOT authorize this. Where did they get my information? And all of my banking information? Will please someone help all of us, who were ripped off from this company. I called the 866 number and was told to go online and request a refund, I am calling my bank in the morning. They put my account into a negative balance. Because of their inlaw acts.

They debited my checking account last night in the amount of $49.95 for a credit card. I do not want the credit card, I was trying to get an on line loan. I would appreciate very much if they returning my $49.95.

I am disabled and on a fixed income and I cannot afford this at this time.

Everprivate Card makes an effort to work with its marketing partners to insure the advertisement includes full disclosure. Yes there are complaints posted on this site, but it’s a fraction of the total membership and the complaint % is far below typical online statistics. So why are the complaints here ? Because some consumers have simply failed to read what they signed. They applied for a loan or credit card and simply checked without reading. We can provide the full details of the authorization including the IP address of the PC used in the transaction.

The probability is that you applied for a cash advance loan or credit card and the EverprivateCard advertisement appeared with a Yes / No option. In order for EverPrivate Card to be sent your checking account information, that Yes block had to be checked. That is where the authorization originated.

If you didn’t intentionally check the Yes block and you don’t want the EverPrivate Card, then you will get a refund, assuming the charge did clear your bank. If you think we made a mistake and you didn’t respond to our offer, we will show you our records.

Please allow us to go through that process before you make slanderous and damaging statements about the company. Our attorney advises us that these actions would be cause for us to seek relief for financial damages.

The best and FASTEST way to request a refund is to simply SEND AN EMAIL to contact@everprivatecard.com , again that is an EMAIL, NOT a Web site address. Provide your name and mailing address. Emails to that address are processed within 24 hours and result in an email back confirming the refund and showing the original transaction.

Follow these instructions and YOU WILL GET A RESPONSE, calling the telephone numbers posted on this site is a waste of your time and will not result in getting your inquiry processed, they are not the correct company contacts. Give us the opportunity to help you before you risk exposing yourself to damages.

I have constantly gone to this site to complain and secure my refund and i have gotten is further frustration an the royal run around.

I should have my refund.

Surely if the company have the power and accessibility to withdraw from my account within a few minutes i should have had my money deposited rapidly and not have to wait another 3 weeks.

I called the number for Mr. Jerry Cline and was advised to put in an e-mail for my 54.95 taken out of my account fraudulently by this company. I have changed my checking acct and and will contact Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and whoever else if my money is not sent back to me. The phone number is a sham also. This is a lesson learned for me and I hope for everyone else.

This company commits fraud and theft! I never heard of this outfit till this morning, $54.95 was taken out of my checking account! My bank says they get these crooks on a regular basis! People go to jail in this country for some of the most ridiculous things, how come the authorities don't slam these people in jail and put a stop to them once and for all?

This so called ever private card is a scam. I never ordered it and don't know how they got my information. I'm in enough debt with charge cards now. I live on a fixed income being elderly and disabled. I want my 49.95 back. i filed a dispute with my bank already. And you can never get these people on the phone. The new number i got is [protected].

I was applying for a loan and I don't remember anything about everprivate. I don't even know what it is. I put my account information for the loan, not to have $54.95 taken out of my account and causing $27.50 overdraft fee. This is a scam and illegal and I am going to report this.
