WSOP Poker review: Being charged for services not used

I Played wsop daily and sometimes bought special addons --usually not the high priced games.I have been charged many times now for games I did not purchase----I wan in the process of getting special games @ 26.99 but I did CANCEL the purchases 4 times I cancelled the purchases and 4 times they charged my visa account.When I cancelled the purchases the did mention to check my credit card to make sure the payment was cancelled-I have done this many times and never checked the visa untill this past week.low and behold I noticed they did charge my visa(26.99 dollars) each time. Those charges were supposed to be cancelled-as I did NOT use the special games but did cancel the purchases .I must have contacted playtka-playwsop at least three times about being charged and NO response from them at all.checked my visa today and the many 226.99 dollars are charged to my visa. I have bought cheaper specials and expect to pay.But when I do NOT complete a buy and cancel it and they say check my credit card company to make sure the cancellation went through.Then they don`t even answer my many messages about the charges are on my credit card.They just don`t care and willingly deceive the customer. 11/20--11/21--11/24 and 11/24 at 26.99 each. I have ended my relationship with them because of this.I for the 3 d time used the option to close my acct and delete my personal info.Please help me.If you can`t.I learned a lesson.They say education is costly and this is a costly experience.I`m 71 and did enjoy the using this site for relaxation and fun.But not when they bill me for services I did not use.
