Customer service emailed and said that my jogging suit was currently sold out and wanted me to pick an entirely other jogging suit. I declined and asked for my money back since none of the sets were similar to what i ordered. Customer service said they would send to fullfillment center to refund. 5 days later and i still have no received confirmation of refund being processed and customer service no help. I will never ever order from them again and I’ll also be telling my peers of the terrible customer service. Seeking legal action if refund not confirmed and process today 11/22.
