Ordered jogging suit on November 5th. Received confirmation that shipped on November 9th. Noticed that tracking had not moved. Reached out on November 9th to inform and see where package is. Customer service emailed and said that my jogging suit was currently sold out and wanted me to pick an entirely other jogging suit. I declined and asked for my money back since none of the sets were similar to what i ordered. Customer service said they would send to fullfillment center to refund. 5 days later and i still have no received confirmation of refund being processed and customer service no help. I will never ever order from them again and I’ll also be telling my peers of the terrible customer service. Seeking legal action if refund not confirmed and process today 11/22.
