World Kia Joliet review: Selling a lemon

16 months ago, I decided I needed a good work car, we were moving a hour away from work after losing my son and now having to raise 3 grandchildren I decided I needed a reliable car, my husband and me are near retirement, so we went to kia joliet. we put $7,000 down on a car they said would be safe and last for years. this would be our last car purchase, after only 6 weeks the car started breaking down, putting close to $7300 into repairs, between the down payment and repairs are $14,300, plus 16 x $435 my payments. I was done and just wanted this nightmare to end. so I go in to refinance like I was promised I could, went in and they said to many miles to refinance, I said to the gentalman sir, when I came in to buy this car I told u it was for work, u have my home and work address when I applied for the loan, saying its a work car. now I sit $20,000 in debt with a junk car! and never was I told about all the recalls. my livlihood is at stake and they wont help, lied to get me to sign the paperwork, I would have never bought this if I knew what I know now
