Workout Anytime, Palm Bay FL review: Personal trainer, sales staff

May 2022, wanted to join gym, Workout Anytime was convenient, told I had a free PT appointment when I signed up. After my FREE appt, I was brought into the PT Mgr and eventually told that I would not get results without a PT, 3 times per week and shown the price. I told the “manager”, Tyler (who conveniently is no longer working there) that I couldn’t afford three times a week and was strong-armed into 2 times a week. I told them for one month only! I called 2nd week of May to cancel due to health.. Told by Tyler that it would be no problem, keep calling every month. Unfortunately, getting anyone on the phone is not easy, was told in July that Tyler was no longer employed there. Now I have talked to another MGR, Eddie, only to be told that he can’t help me either. Someone else would get back to me…. of course that hasn’t happened.

I was never informed of any contract…I did tell every one that I spoke to, including managers that I am on Social Security Disability and a recent widow. I have severe vision difficulties and told staff I could not read document-sign. I was assured it was standard…apparently NOT! The staff knows that I was leaving the state of Florida, not sure if/when I would come back!
