I paid for a year subscription and my papers stopped coming before 12/24/21. It is now 3/23/22 and I have not received a paper in 3 months. I've spoken with the company on numerous occasions and still have not been given any help. I told them that if they didn't have anyone to deliver the paper I'd like a refund of the $ I paid that is left over. I still have not been given an answer.
Desired outcome: Either restart paper and credit me for time I haven't received it, or refund the remainder of my paid subscription.
