Woodstock Moimooi review: Service all around

Good day,
I am beyond fed up with the service.
1. Service agent contacted me via whatsapp when I did not respond to their calls
2. I am not 100% happy with the services
-I had my hair blow dried and the staff member told me about her problems.
2.1. Her child had surgery
2.2. She forgot her lunch money etc.
I came to relax but left feeling extremely tense. I
3. The music in the massage room is way too loud. Every time I went for a massage.
4. I had my nails done but it was not up to standard I removed the gel myself.
5. When we went for the massage I had to go and ask if I'm still getting a facial I booked. Everyone was confused but eventually did it.
6. Booking is extremely difficult. As there are not time slots that suits my lifestyle.
7. I'm trying to cancel but they refuse to cancel.
8. They call me numerous time nonstop. I just want this to stop or I will take further action.

CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! THAT'S ALL I WANT AND NEVER EVER EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN.

The massages and facials were always great. Those ladies are great at what they do and are very professional. Except for past 5. But that was a minor issue to me.

From the 1st month I got the subscription I wanted to cancel but the only reason I didn't was because I loved the massages. However the overall experience is stressful for me.
I have numerous other stressors in my life and was looking for a relaxing experience. But it's not entirely what I received.
