Woodman's Food Market, Appleton, WI review: Online grocery order

I placed an online grocery order back in August with Woodman's in Appleton, WI and my order was delivered to the wrong apartment. I thought okay things happen and gave them a try again on October 1st and once again I did not get my order. If I knew that they used DoorDash to deliver I would never had order that but they do not tell you that, I have so many issues with them. DoorDash is suppose to have me sign for delivery and they never do so I stopped using them. I have been dealing with the manager Brenda for days now, and now they are ignoring me. She states that I have certain marks on my door that indicates that it is my door, which is funny because every door here does. There are multiple apartment buidings here and when you walk in you all the apartments are set up the same, but different building numbers. I also purposely put a brown doormat with a red heart by my door just so I could prove when I did not get delivers and if you ask them for a delivery picture it does not have that doormat, I can take a picture if they really need me to. I spent $92.33 to have my children be without food, and have to stretch the little we have until this Thursday, but she did not seem to care that children were without food. She was rude and heartless. I want my whole refund back and never shopping there again. I tried to go through BBB with no resolution. I will be taking this to social media, and talking to a family member that is a lawyer. She says they did their own investigation, well if she really did she could have took a ride out to my apartment without me knowing and found out there is indeed a doormat outside my door, what other proof do these people need. The longer this goes the more I will start filing for emotional damage to my family and I.
