Women's Shelter review: complaint

to whom it may concern,
My name is Karen Deamat. I'm a student of Miami Dade College. I have been homeless for 5 years . Recently, I have been staying at the Salvation Army in 1907 NW 38th street Miami Florida 33142.
I have been staying there from February 2nd and now I am going to be out in the streets on Monday May 20th 2019 .
My case manager is Claudia Ossa. She has verbally told me that I'm gonna be kicked out of the shelter because I have never showed her prove of employment or that I'm looking for employment or a bank account or that I'm attending school.
However, I have been attending all her meetings and I have been showing her proves of everything for the past 3 months.
Also, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and she has stated that She doesn't care about it that she needs proves of employment.
I also have showed her prove that I have been attending school and she did not care about it neither .
She said that Miami beach homeless outreach team. Coordinator Nancy is on charge of my case and that she is kicking me out of the shelter not her.

Claudia stated that I am going to be kicked out of the shelter and put out to be in the streets because I have never showed prove of any improvement trough the time I have been staying in the salvation army.
I have talked to Nancy the coordinator of Miami beach homeless outreach team and she told me the same that Claudia never told her that I have showed her prove of attending school or a job or looking for a job.
I will attached all documentation trough email if you need it.
Unfortunately, I do not have anywhere to go but the streets .
and this is why I need more time to be able to establish myself in Miami .
