Wolf and Goat review: Customer service

I have interacted with wolf and goat in [protected]. I have received products from them successfully but when it came to a custom order for statues I had a problem - and this is dating back to 2013. I paid them 1,100 dollars for statues but never received them. All I got were excuses. I was told that the kiln was out of order and then a couple weeks later was told their building caught on fire. Such coincidence right?! I didn't hear back for a couple of months and then nothing at all. I had lost my money and am still pissed.
