The the tracking on my product says that it is at the carrier facility in south Africa. Yet it has still not arrived.
Is it possible to contact the carrier facility to ask whether they have sent it or if it is still in their possession.
This is not the first order that is late. Please ensure that something is done about it. I ask that you please contact someone in order to let me know when my package will be delivered.

I still haven't received the above orders, l ordered them in May. Delivery estimated date was 28July 2017 now we are almost in September.

Hey there.
I have been trying to contact with for the help of a refund as a product of which was supposed to arrive on the 15th August did not arrive. It was then delayed to the 29th of August. I patiently waited but it did not turn up. I tried contacting wish on the 21st asking where my product was and if they could help. I was giving no reply. It's now the 29th of August and I have tried to contact them again but every form of contact is blocked. I tried their contact number but I can not call New Zealand to San Francisco the number does not connect. There contact support page is suppose to have general questions the section where you can fully explain your situation. But all through the message part you can fill is there it will not send as no general questions come up and it will not proceed until one has been select. (Which there is none to select). I tried their facebook page through its contact link and it says that my account doesn't exist and won't press me further. And when messaging them through Facebook it is an automatic email telling me to go to that link.
So every which way I have tried to contact them and am continuously blocked. This is very frustrating as I spent money for something that hasn't turned up and I am getting no support of help.

I have been trying to enquire as to where my package is that I ordered on 14 June 2017. I ordered 4 items received 2 parts in record time but the other 2 seems to have got lost. One items still says its in China and the other says it was received in South Africa on 27 June. I am trying to contact them as to find out whats going on but the website support system keeps telling me I have not chosen a question. I unable to ask any questions.

Yea I put in a large order over a month ago and have been getting most of my items on time and I have rated all the items that have come but this one watch that continues to say that was delivered on the 9th of August has still not arrived I have answered the contact support and told them as much information that I can and I even rang the phone number for complaints but still nothing I would appreciate some feed back

It has not come nor have I been able to track it since each time I try, I am redirected to your sales web page and asked to sign in. When I try to sign in I get oops! This is unacceptable. Every other company I order from I can track the package without having to sign in.

I am complaining about the service I received from wish support
I placed an order last night from my PC not know it would not take my promo code. So I immediately contacted support and told them to either apply the code or cancel the order so I could. They could not understand. I wrote again, they could not understand! I emailed again and they could NOT UNDERSTAND. This morning I get an email that they were refunding me for one item $3.00. They canceled the item, by the way I wanted. I have never seen so incompetent people!

I ordered items from Wish and when I checked the tracking of my order it said that "Customer Confirmed Delivery" I never confirmed delivery. I never had gotten any of my order when ot was supposed to be delivered and I took time off from work and still have yet to receive anything. I feel I have been scammed. I dont have alot of money that is why I ordered from Wish and being ripped off sets me even further back. Now I really dont trust ordering online again
no goods received and no refund
I ordered 5 items and two months passed no goods received I put in a refund request and still did not receive my money back. They told me that they processed the refund and I should check my statement which I did and no I did not get my money back. Please do not order from these people as the take your money and you get nothing in return. Do not trust them.

I received a product today which I am not happy with as it is the wrong colour and does not match the colour chart which I used from your site for the product.I also tried to follow your directions to return/ refund and have been unsuccessful as it keeps asking me to provide a picture of what I'm returning even though it clearly shows what product it is from my history order which I checked in the little box made available.Please help

not working
I have saved up my money to buy a pair of shoes that light up. The first time I brought it they were to small. Then the second time I bought them they stopped working I have charged it multiple times but it's broken. I want a full refund or a new pair of shoes. If this is not sorted out then I will not be recommending WISH to anyone ever and won't be using it again.

This was my first time trying to make purchase and it declined my debit card and you guys telling me to send in a copy of my bank statement of a recent purchase with you guys. I don't have a recent purchase it didn't go through. So now I can't get on the page until I send in a copy of my bank statement? Why do I have to send in a copy of my bank statement? sweatshirt dress
I ordered a sweatshirt dress in a size small for a friend's birthday gift (which is August 31st)in July and I just received it August 21st. Upon opening the package I noticed that it only had a sweatshirt top. I am not happy about my order, because I was under the impression that this item was a all-in-one, not two separate pieces.
