I booked a Hyundai Venue, which shows as a Compact SUV. What I was given was a Toyota Corolla, a low sitting car. I booked an SUV because of low back issues. This Corolla I received I cannot hardly drive, because I cannot get in or out of the vehicle very well, so my Wife and I are basically stuck at our Condo for 13 days, or call an Uber for a ride. I wrote to Eerik with Wiseguy Car Rental and he was of NO HELP! He acknowledged my booking was for a Hyundai Venue, but said that vehicle wasn't an SUV! The Venue is clearly listed as a Compact SUV! Do not book with this company!
