Wintis Corporation review: Beware dealing with people like them

Mr. Kevin Ho being a business man himself, called me in mid May 2010 to set up a meeting with me to go over interior design services at his residence in Fremont. We met and I have given him a quote and scope of work. He negotiated interior design fees and we came to an agreement via e-mail. He wanted me to work with his sister, Gladys C. Ho, and that is when the situation was a little bit different. She started nit-picking on every pieces of furniture and wanted me to design based on her way.

I worked on his project up until May 29th, 2010 and I billed him on June 2nd, 2010. I didn't hear back from them until I personally called Mr. Kevin on his cell phone and asking him what is the situation and if he said he will discuss the payment with Gladys. On June 29th, 2010, she emailed me said she will be sending portion of (about a quarter) the bill. I have never heard from either of them again. They owe $1860.00 and they never pay a single penny for my services.

This is too unprofessional and unethical. Beware dealing with people like them!
