He continue to tell I"m a winner of 3.5 million dollars and car. So last night he call me and information that I need to pay a shipping and handling charges. Then proceeded to as questions: Like what bank you bank with. Are you marry, single and what kind of work do you do. If you own your home. and other question. Can you pay the full amount or can you get a loan from your bank. Or you can pay half to get paper work approve from your state. then we can have crew deliver the car and the cashier check. He mention we need to keep it private. He couldn't provide with any information regarding other winner.
