Wingstopwait time/food quality/employee attitude

On September 1, 2018 I went to the wingstop in Storrs Connecticut, I ordered approximatley 70 wings and french fries as well. The employee who took our order said it would be 20 mintues. We waited over an hour...during this time several other patrons came into the restaurant..ordered, got their food and left as we sat and waited. No one came out to apologize for the wait..offer us drinks while we waited..nothing! after an hour I went up to the counter to ask how much longer and the employee gave me an attitude..when our food finally came out the wings were cold and the fries were old, cold and disgusting! I brought this to the employees attention and he offered to replace the fries..which he did..never offered to replace the wings. It was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. I will never go to another wingstop
