I placed an order for a family bundle to feed 4 people online. The time frame to pick up order was a little over 20 minutes my order took over 45 minutes to almost an hour. Not only was my food especially the tenders burnt and extremely oily but the forgot to include my fries. I didn’t notice the bill quality of the food until I got home. I immediately called the restaurant spoke to the manager Selma which was aware that they tenders were burnt but still decided to serve them to us. She said they would replace the entire order due to the problem missing fries as well but when I went to the store the refused to replace my order and only wanted to give me 6 tenders the employees began to tell me I was just looking to get free food and wouldn’t replace the order as promised they then called the manager and she even acknowledged she remembered telling me she would but thinks that the tenders are ok now and shouldn’t be over cooked. After that I decided not to get anything due to the way I was treated and talked to calling me a homo by the employee at the front was extremely disrespectful I will never order from that location again.
Desired outcome: Please refund my order or replace those employees and manager.
