I was losing money and getting increasingly frustrated, so I decided to reach out to the owner, YEGOR SAK, to express my concerns.

Unfortunately, YEGOR's response was not what I was hoping for. He informed me that Windscribe reserves the right to terminate or suspend my access to the site at any time, for any reason whatsoever. And that's exactly what he did - he deleted my account because I was unhappy with the service and had expressed my dissatisfaction to him.

To make matters worse, YEGOR also lied to the Better Business Bureau and the public about my account. He claimed that I had created two accounts to get around service limitations, which was simply not true. I had created one account for myself and one for an elderly disabled person in my city who needed the service but didn't know how to set it up.

I'm not sure why YEGOR felt the need to lie, but it's clear that he's not someone you can trust. If you have any issues with Windscribe or any other business venture he owns, be prepared for him to delete your account without any further discussion or consideration.

Overall, I would not recommend Windscribe VPN based on my experience. The service was unreliable and the owner's response was unprofessional and dishonest. If you're looking for a VPN, I suggest looking elsewhere.
