Willis Orchards Co. review: Missing and dead fruit trees

To Willis Orchards Co.,

We need help in addressing orders in question.

The trees purchased on 04/04/2022 were:

1. Gala Apple Trees for a total cost of $2,495.00

a. 100 trees were shipped

b. Only 98 trees arrived (2 missing)

c. 8 of those 98 were dead

2. Golden Delicious for a total cost of $2,495.00

a. 100 trees were shipped

b. Only 83 trees arrived (17 missing)

c. 35 of those 83 were dead

3. Elberta Peaches for a total of $499.75

a. 5 trees were shipped

b. 5 trees arrived

c. 3 of those 5 were dead

4. Salavaski Pomegranates for a total of $129.75

a. 5 trees were shipped

b. 5 trees arrived

c. 3 of those 5 were dead

Total replacement is 68 trees or please refund the appropriate amount of $1924.60 plus tax.

I spoke to a lady named Cynthia as soon as we received the trees to notify you all of the missing trees and issues associated with the orders, but she was not helpful or willing to help. I was a bit taken a back to be honest. Madyx Farms is still located in Texas. You may send your rep or anyone to investigate the situation. We have called and emailed several times (sent pictures and videos) with no response. The missing and damaged product needs to be either replaced or refunded. Whomever reads this needs to address this issue. It is extremely unprofessional to ignore the situation and we will not stop until someone replies to us.

though we ordered 600 trees and we only got 210 @ higher rate, and this was 2nd year since we ordered and never got what we ordered , we had a contract and we losing business,

we are asking to pay for dead and missing trees total of $1924.60 + shipping
