Willards Small Engines review: False advertisement

I was searching on the internet for a part to fix my lawn
mower. I came across Willard's Small Engines site. I ordered the part with my
Visa card on 8/11/14, the cost $12.95 ea. I ordered two of the parts. Later I
received verification from them about the order (#60856) and they were shipping
the parts. Then later I received another email from them canceling the order.
When I called the company and spoke to Paulina to ask what the problem, she
informed me that the part was $79.95 each. I told her no. The point to this
story is this is a bad way to do business. They were using a tactical
deployment to get more money for the part. The company did refund the money,
but it did cause problems buying the part elsewhere because I had to wait 3
days for the refund to clear with my bank.
