Wild Organics review: Product ordered not received: wild cocoa powder - organic from Peru

I placed an order on January 11, 2002 with WILD organics who had advertised an cocoa powder not alkalized. On their site it says all orders will be processed and shipped within 1 -1 days. On January 20, I wanted to check the status and it says status: processing. I called their number 1/19, 1/20, 1/21. There is always a busy signal. Then after several tries it will finally say "call can't be completed at this time. Call back later. So I went to the site and e-mailed them. They are not answering me. Today I received my credit card statement for the $40.49, of which not only I have not received, but after several attempts can't reach them. I don't mind working with people if there is a problem, but you can't if you can't even get in touch with them. The company is"WILD organics", and there address is listed as 111 Old Kyle Road, Suite 202, Wimberly, Texas. 78676 The number I have been trying to reach is [protected]. The order number is #4063. If they are not going to send the product I need refund put back on my Visa. There is not a chat on their site. I don't know how to attach copies, but I have given all info. Thanks
