I gotta say, if you're thinking about getting a wig, don't even bother with WIG SIS online. I made the mistake of not checking their reviews first, and let me tell you, they were 99% negative. I waited forever to get my wig, and when it finally arrived, it was a hot mess. I ordered a black wig, but what did I get? A bright red one. Like, seriously? And when I tried to get my money back, they straight up refused. So yeah, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

So, I ordered a wig from Wig Sis Online and let me tell you, the color was way off. The picture on the website showed a much lighter color, but when I got the wig in person, it was black and pepper. I was really hoping for a lighter color like the one on the model. I tried to reach out to someone to talk about it, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I even had to call my credit card company to try and get some help. It's frustrating when you can't get a hold of anyone to help you out. When I opened the box and saw the wig, I was shocked. It was so much darker than I was expecting. Needless to say, I'm not happy with my purchase.

So, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Wig Sis Online. I mean, I ordered a wig and when it arrived, it was like a totally different wig than the one I saw in the picture. And not in a good way, you know what I mean? The quality was just terrible. Like, I could tell right away that this thing was not gonna last me more than a few wears.

So, I tried to return it, right? And that's when things got really weird. I kept getting emails from this lady named Mildred, and she was just like, "Oh, well, have you tried it on? Maybe it'll look better on you!" And I was like, "Uh, no, I don't think that's the problem here." But she just kept going back and forth with me, and it was like talking to a brick wall.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure this whole company is just a scam. Like, they lure you in with these pretty pictures and then send you some cheap knockoff that's not even close to what you ordered. It's ridiculous. I'm actually in the process of filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau, because I don't want anyone else to fall for this nonsense. So, yeah, if you're thinking about ordering from Wig Sis Online, I'd say just save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else.

So, I was browsing the internet for a good wig store and came across Wig Sis Online. The website looked pretty good with lots of pictures of wigs that looked really nice. I decided to buy one for myself and spent $130 on it. But when I received it, I was really disappointed. The wig was orange and looked like something you would buy for Halloween at the drugstore for maybe $10. I was really upset because I spent so much money on it and it wasn't even close to what was pictured on the website.

I tried to return it, but the refund policy said that I had to get approval prior to returning the item. So, I sent a request for a return, but I never got an answer. I was really frustrated because I was stuck with the item and couldn't get my money back.

Overall, I would not recommend Wig Sis Online. The website looks good, but the wigs are not what they seem. And the refund policy is not helpful at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I recently had a bad experience with Wig Sis Online (wigsisonline.com). I wouldn't recommend buying wigs from them. They are a complete scam. Luckily, I paid through PayPal and they were able to help me get a full refund. The wigs are not even suitable for wearing on Halloween, let alone for those who need them for medical reasons. When I initially requested a return, the seller responded in a very rude manner. I am grateful for PayPal's assistance and I strongly advise against making any purchases from this website.

This company is just terrible! I would not recommend ordering from them at all. They are like a bunch of crooks, selling wigs that can be bought for a fraction of the price on Amazon and other websites. The wig I received was just awful, it was red with some burgundy strands, and it looked terrible on me. I tried to contact the company, and they offered me a replacement, but then they changed their minds and offered me a refund of only 50 euros. That's just ridiculous, considering I had spent almost 400 euros on it. I was so angry that I reported them to everyone I could think of, from Facebook to Paypal, Mastercard, and even the local police. It took months to get my refund, and it was just a huge hassle. Please, do not make the same mistake I did and order from this company.

So, I decided to buy a wig from Wigsisonline.com, but I didn't read the reviews first (my bad!). From the very beginning, I had problems. The price was shown in Euro, but they charged me in CNY (Chinese Yuan). It means I had to pay currency exchange commission that increased the wig price. When I finally received the wig, I was so surprised. It didn't look anything like the picture on their website. The wig hairs seemed like they were taken from cheap dolls, and the shape was far from the one I picked. I paid more than onehundred Euro for a real garbage.

This company is not honest and doesn't care about quality. They are just trying to scam people. I would not recommend ordering from this site. I will never order from Wigsisonline.com again!

This website is a total rip-off. I tried to buy a wig using my credit card, but I kept getting an error message. I tried again and again, but it just wouldn't work. So, I decided to chat with their customer service, and they told me to use PayPal instead. But I'm not falling for that again! Last time I used PayPal to buy wigs, I got three pieces of garbage from China. I spent extra money to send them back, and I gave PayPal all the evidence they needed, but they never gave me a refund. It's like they're working together with the Chinese wig scammers to steal your money. Thank goodness for SiteJabber, which warned me about this site. I cancelled my order and I'm going to cancel my credit card too, just to be safe.

UPDATE: Even though Wig Sis said my card wouldn't work, I found out later that they actually tried to charge me anyway. Luckily, my bank stopped the payment. These people are such crooks! Don't trust them!
