However, I never heard back from them. I decided to email them again, and again, and again. Each time, I received the same response, "Give us 24 hours. We care about you."

Unfortunately, even after returning the product at my own expense, I still didn't receive a response from the company. It wasn't until I reached out to them again that they finally responded, informing me that they would be charging a 25% restocking fee.
