Wig Diary — failure to refund money/company sent wrong product
I ordered a wig. The company sent the wrong wig. I contact the company and sent them pictures to prove they sent the wrong wig. Now the company wants me to pay additional money to ship product back. I don't think I should have to pay additional money to return a product that I didn't order. The company made the mistake so they should pay the return shipping fees and just refund my money in full. The company has a 14 days return policy and they are just delaying things by continuing to respond saying to give them a great review online and they will discount the shipping charges. I will do no such thing. I just want my money refunded and the address to return the wig at a cost to the company since they sent the wrong wig. They never sent me what I ordered. This company has a bad reputation. They take the orders and then use another company to provide the product and from what I can tell this is what this company does. Its a scam to send people the wrong product and then charge them money to return the product. People don't pay the money and are stuck with the wrong product and never have their money refunded. They have a number of emails: [protected]@emailcxs.com, [email protected], [email protected] The main company comes up to a place called Wig Diary, however, the email goes to Lisa Wigs. Its one big scam.
