White Castle Management — wait in the drive thru line
At 3:49 pm, I pulled up to the drive thru and waited in line. There were three cars ahead of me waiting to place there order and three cars waiting to pay and receive food. The two of the three cars ahead of me waiting to place their order, pulled off and left. I didn't get to the speaker to order until 4:10 pm. I had been in line for 21 minutes. After I paid and received my food it was then 4:16 pm. I had been in line for 27 minutes. There is always a long wait at this location, but never this long. Even when there's only two cars in line, whom ever takes the order makes you wait at least 7-10 minutes before you can place your order. This issue should definitely be addressed.
