I am a senior citizen and a veteran. I entered the restaurant to place an order. There were only two customers inside. I stood at the counter waiting for at least five minutes for one of the three employees to acknowledge me or request my order. I then waited another 20 minutes for the food. This is highly unacceptable customer service. I would recommend management instruct their employees to respect customers and provide prompt customer service as your company promotes.
