Whitby Oshawa Honda review: Snatched the deposit as a free money

I went to the store with the willingness to learn about cars and get one if situation favored. I talked to a guy, did a test drive. He convinced me to invest in a car that was totally out of my budget. He manipulated me to sign all the papers including the Purchase Agreement and a paper for financing approval. I had mixed feelings about the purchase. I wanted to go home and think about it for like 2 days and come back, but they manipulated me to sign all the paper anyways. The next day, my manager told me that the company itself is providing vehicles for site inspections which means I don't need to get one anymore. I thought its not needed for me right now so decided to not purchase it. The other day, I asked the guy to cancel the procedure. Until then, no licensing, no registration, no delivery on my name. I had cancelled the process prior to completion. I asked for a refund, but they denied. I sent an email to the Financial manager, he didn't respond. Another person from company's behalf calls me and talks to me rudely saying that he won't give the deposit back. It's just $1000 bucks for them, but it's a significant amount for an international teen girl struggling financially in here. I told them I will come back for sure after few months but right now the situation didn't favored me. But, they terribly snatched my $1000 bucks for nothing, just like a free money.

I also asked my friend to talk to them on my behalf, and they were very rude to him as well. They just wanna snatch the money from everyone with no service given. Just the bunch of charges and penalties, but no service. And they deal very rudely to the customers.

I was a surefire client of Whitby Honda Oshawa in the near future is they had taken care of their goodwill and let go of the deposit amount I paid. But now, they lost a 100% client to their company. Also, I will never never recommend any of my friends and family to get a car from Whitby Honda Oshawa. The people in positions there are corrupt.
