My insurance company contacted copart on the 30th Dec I was contacted by copart to go online and fill out the pick up form, it was supposed to be picked up on the 9th of January but they sent the wrong truck so it had to be rearranged for the 16th of jan really? then the DVLA clamped the car which is irrelevant I couldnt get my new car taxed due to tech difficulties, then an outside agency called to say they had the job but by this time the DVLA took the car, why did it take so long to collect? why send wrong truck when knew what kind of condition car was in. then the customer service male and female was terrible the females attitude was the worse maybe send her back to learn her people service skills. I want an answer I am seeking legal advice about all the shambles with my car anyway and am willing to go to the papers about yous and my car company as its all been a total shambles noone knows what theyre doing.

Desired outcome: yous pay for car to come out the dvla hands
