Ordered these two units in august and did not send to me until october, two units - one does not work at all the other one cycles when button is pushed in. Tryed to contact them but only emails - can not talk to a person at all. I did not receive the entire order - they said they sent out 3 bags of litter and two rolls liners for the litter boxes and I did not receive but was charged for them. The two litter robots are $800 each. You would think they would work as they should considering how much they cost. And they want me to pay for shipping to return them. They want me to pay for shipping to have them repaired or refunded which ever. No I will not pay for shipping and I will not be charged for something I did not receive, I will not pay for two robots that do not work
