I tried playing WGT Golf last week, and I could not access the servers. My consecutive game streak reset to day one. I’ve been trying in earnest for the past week to get it reset. Last month I had a similar issue and it was reset. I was just told by a customer service representative who will not give me their name that it was set in error and I’m lying about my consecutive day streak. I was just told I am lying as your customer. Are you kidding me? I need to resolve to this immediately. I’m including a screen shot of the last 2 email exchanges where It was implied I’m lying. Beware WGT golf can end your account on a whim, even if you have paid them hundreds of dollars. We are old people with little to spare, but we love to play. But WGT closed our accounts. Beware WGT golf can steal your money, with no comeback.
