WGT Golf review: I would like my consecutive day streak reset 1

I tried playing WGT Golf last week, and I could not access the servers. My consecutive game streak reset to day one. I’ve been trying in earnest for the past week to get it reset. Last month I had a similar issue and it was reset. I was just told by a customer service representative who will not give me their name that it was set in error and I’m lying about my consecutive day streak. I was just told I am lying as your customer. Are you kidding me? I need to resolve to this immediately. I’m including a screen shot of the last 2 email exchanges where It was implied I’m lying.
