WGAL 8 FitBit Ionic Recall

The fitbit ionic was recalled around March 2022. I followed all the directions for returning the fitbit. I was supposed to have received a refund in the form of a gift card valued at $299. Fit bit received the returned watch in March of 2022 and I am yet to receive my refund. I've called the customer service number for the USA approximately five or six times and each time I am told that the watch has been received, it's still sitting in the warehouse and they will escalate my request. It's now December and I still haven't received my refund.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive my refund.

WGAL 8 Complaint

I called 18x bc I was stalked and assaulted by robert burns a cop and I have a lawsuit against him, he has been fired at 5 different pd s, been sued 3 x and killed a man, but you refuse to report the truth about this man and his several lawsuits. He is running a proud boys kkk hate group in strasburg pa. Do u support the kkk or why do u refuse to report this story?

Refuses to report on Robert Burns a cop running a hate group in Strasburg PA with three lawsuits against him and has been fired at 4 other PD s!

WGAL 8 harassment and bullying viewers by broadcasting means.

This broadcasting station has and still Broadcast's Medicare commercials on a consistent basis everyday over and over again and within minutes of each other. This is nothing more then harrassment and bullying of viewers on a daily basis. It is outrageous.
Viewers should not have to mute their TV's on a minute to minute basis.
Another issue they commit is to use another channel to interrupt the normal broadcasting programs of MeTv channel 8.2 which is an affiliate of theirs.Because of this we cannot watch our regular programs because they broadcast political trash. I have contacted them on these issues with no results or contact from them.
These acts are inexcusable and must stop now!
