WeVideo My son subscribed without my permission

My 10year old boy subscribed for a trial himself. He used it once before the trial ends. It has never been used by us. I didnt know that they have been taking money continuously.This company took my money for three months without sending notification at all.

I am requesting a full refund but no response yet. Horrible customer service! I have never experienced from other company. I will never recommend wevideo to anyone. I am still waiting for a full refund.

Bought a package for granddaughter's school project in May 2020. No complaints about that. Then in May 2021, 2022 and 2023 WeVideo took further payments from my bank account. Bank managed to reclaim 2023 payment. Since then I have exchanged MANY e mails with WeVideo and they keep asking for further details. I have given them bank sort code, account number...

WeVideo WeVideo Review: Scam Alert - Don't Waste Your Money!

So, I was working on this project and I was using WeVideo to edit my video. I was almost done and then, out of nowhere, they told me that I had used some of their "Elite Elements" and that I had to pay an extra 15 bucks to publish my video. I was so confused because they didn't even tell me which elements I had used. I had to pay or else I would have submitted my assignment late. It was so frustrating!

And then, a month after I cancelled my subscription with WeVideo, I got a notification from PayPal saying that I had just made an automatic payment to WeVideo. What the heck?! I cancelled my subscription, why are they still charging me? This company is a total scam.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend WeVideo to anyone. They're just trying to scam you out of your money. It's not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other video editing software out there that won't try to rip you off. Stay away from WeVideo!

WeVideo WeVideo Review: Not Really Free and Limited Features

So, I tried out WeVideo and let me tell you, it's supposed to be free but it's really not. You can't do much without paying. It's not like Pixlr where they give you a free lifetime plan for education accounts. WeVideo is so greedy that they would take money out of schools' pockets! And get this, you only have a limited amount of time to publish your videos each week, and it's only 5 minutes! How are you supposed to make YouTube videos with that? Even if you do pay, the videos, photos, music, and templates are just not good. It's really a disgraceful situation. I would not recommend using WeVideo at all.

WeVideo WeVideo Review: Solid Video Editing Platform with Customer Service Issues

I tried out WeVideo and I gotta say, it's a pretty decent video editing platform. However, I did have some trouble getting in touch with their customer service. I called them up and spoke to a woman named Mary, but that was the only time I was able to get through to anyone. I also sent them an email asking for help, but all I got back was a generic response telling me to check out their tutorial library.

I was pretty frustrated by this, so I told them on the phone that I would cancel my subscription if nobody contacted me. Unfortunately, nobody did. To make matters worse, my card was charged without any confirmation email being sent to me.

Despite these issues, I still think WeVideo is a solid choice for anyone looking to do some basic video editing. The interface is easy to use and there are plenty of features to play around with. However, if you do run into any problems, don't expect to get much help from their customer service team.

WeVideo Disappointing Experience with WeVideo: Hidden Restrictions and Extra Charges

I made an account on WeVideo to help you out, but I gotta say, it wasn't a great experience. I spent hours editing a video for a school project, only to find out that the free version only allows you to export videos up to 5 minutes long. I had no idea they were hiding this fact from me. It was really frustrating, but I had to get the cheapest plan, which was a monthly plan that cost me $10. I had no choice, really. But then, to make matters worse, they charged me an extra $5 just to export the video. Can you believe that? So, in total, I had to pay $15 for a really bad experience. I hope I can cancel my monthly subscription soon. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using WeVideo. It's just not worth it.

WeVideo WeVideo Review: Confusing Navigation and Monthly Subscription

At first, I had a tough time getting the hang of WeVideo. It was a bit confusing to navigate and figure out how to use. Plus, I didn't realize that when you pay for it, you're actually signing up for a monthly subscription. And unfortunately, there are no refunds. So that was a bit of a bummer.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend this product, especially if you're just looking to edit a video for school or personal use. I mean, that's the whole point of it, right? But for me, it just didn't work out. I paid for 30 minutes of editing time, but it didn't cut my 20-minute video like it was supposed to. And then it deducted the full 30 minutes from my allowance, which cost me $10. That was frustrating.

Honestly, I think there are better options out there. Movie Maker is free and a lot easier to use. So if you're looking for a simple video editing tool, I'd suggest going with that instead.

WeVideo Disappointed with WeVideo: Deleted my videos without warning during COVID-19 lockdowns

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with WeVideo. I signed up for their Paid Plan a few months back and spent a lot of time making some really great videos for my business. But then, like so many other businesses, we had to shut down because of the COVID-19 lockdowns. And what did WeVideo do? They straight up deleted all my videos and media without even giving me a heads up! Can you believe that? I mean, I get that they might have some policies in place for inactive accounts or whatever, but come on. This is a global pandemic we're dealing with here. You'd think they could cut us a little slack.

And now they're telling me there's no way to get my stuff back. All that hard work, gone in an instant. It's just not right. I know I'm not the only one dealing with this kind of thing right now, but it still stings. I was really counting on those videos to help keep my business afloat during these tough times. And now I'm back to square one.

Overall, I'd say my experience with WeVideo has been pretty disappointing. I'm not sure I'd recommend them to anyone else at this point. If you're looking for a video editing tool, you might want to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there that won't leave you high and dry when things get tough.

WeVideo Shady Billing Practices: My Experience with WeVideo's Power Premium Option

So, I was thinking of using WeVideo to edit one video, and I decided to go for the power premium option to get better quality. The thing is, it said that it would cost me 4 dollars a MONTH, so I thought I could just pay for one month and then cancel my subscription. After I finished editing my video, I cancelled my subscription. But then, I found out that they charged me for a whole year, which was around 59 dollars, I think. I didn't even use the service for a whole day, and now I can't get my money back? That's pretty shady, if you ask me. I wouldn't recommend using this service.

WeVideo Disappointing Experience with WeVideo: Poor Editing Process and Non-Refundable Payment

with the whole experience. The editing process was okay, but the exporting part was a nightmare. I spent hours editing my video, only to find out that I had to pay just to export it. What a rip-off! I mean, seriously, who does that? And to make matters worse, the payment is non-refundable. So if you're not happy with the end result, tough luck!

The user experience wasn't great either. I had a hard time navigating through the website and figuring out how to use all the features. It wasn't as user-friendly as I thought it would be. I thought it was just a glitch at first, but after trying it out a few times, I realized that it was just poorly designed.

I would definitely recommend staying away from WeVideo. There are other free editing tools out there that are much better. For example, PhotoPea is a great alternative. It may have its ups and downs, but at least it's free and easy to use. WeVideo, on the other hand, is just a waste of time and money. I'm really disappointed with the whole experience.

WeVideo WeVideo Review: Scamming People with Crappy Service - Don't Waste Your Money!

Yo, listen up! I gotta tell you about my experience with WeVideo. So, I saw their ad for $4.99 a month and thought, "Hey, that's a pretty good deal!" But let me tell you, they got me good. When I went to sign up, they charged me for a whole year, which ended up being $59.88! That's a lot more than I was expecting.

And get this, they don't even make it clear that they're gonna charge you for a whole year. You gotta read the fine print and be super careful. I mean, who has time for that? Plus, you gotta create an account just to try it out. That's a hassle if you ask me.

But the worst part is, they don't even have a phone number listed! How are you supposed to get in touch with them if you have a problem? And if you're not happy with their service, tough luck. They say the charge is non-refundable. That's just not right.

Honestly, I feel like they're scamming people with their crappy service. I wouldn't recommend WeVideo to anyone.

WeVideo Disappointed with WeVideo's New Pricing Structure: A Frustrating Experience

I used to be a big fan of WeVideo, and I would recommend it to anyone who was interested in making videos. It's a great tool for people who are just starting out or who are at an intermediate level.

However, I recently discovered that they have changed their pricing structure, and it's not very user-friendly. It's almost like they're trying to force you off your old plan and onto a new, more expensive one. As someone who was an early adopter, I feel like I'm being punished for my loyalty.

One of the things that really bothers me is that they have removed the option to purchase a single video for a one-time fee. This was something that I used to do all the time when I ran out of time working on a project for work. Now, I'm stuck with a plan that has less storage and costs more than my old plan did.

Overall, I feel like using WeVideo has become a frustrating experience, almost like arguing with a wireless carrier. I never saw this coming, and I'm disappointed that they've made these changes.
